An adequate level of data protection is ensured by the Privacy Shield certification and by the conclusion of the so-called EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
MailChimp
We use MailChimp, a web platform from The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000; Atlanta, GA 30308 USA to send our newsletter. Data such as e-mail addresses of the newsletter recipients are therefore stored in the USA. This company is certified in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework. We have also concluded a contract with MailChimp regarding order data processing.
