As a linguist can I select available orders myself or are orders assigned?

As a linguist at GC, you have access to available orders at your quality level (and lower), in your field of expertise and according to your role at GC. 

Some of our clients or our team may additionally get in touch with you regarding special projects before they are published in our system. Normally, those kind of projects are then assigned to you via direct orders.
