How will the client evaluate my work?

The client will rate every text written for them based on the four following criteria:

  1. Style & legibility
  2. Spelling & grammar 
  3. Content & request fulfillment
  4. Communication & punctuality.

The evaluation is expressed using a five-star grading scheme.
