Who will evaluate my work and how will it be rated?

Your work is evaluated directly by our clients. 

Submitted texts are rated based on the four following criteria:

  • Style & legibility
  • Spelling & grammar
  • Content & request fulfillment
  • Communication & punctuality.

Additionally, we keep track of the following aspects:

  • Revision rate - % of texts that have been sent to a 2nd revision cycle 
  • Cancellation rate - % of orders you cancelled without submitting the text
  • Rejection rate - % of texts that have been rejected by clients
